Our life skills program, an integral part of our training, will teach teens the tools they need to show confidence, self-control, and good decision-making skills. We teach the following life skills in our classes:

The ATAFit program is incorporated into all of our classes. Our instructors teach the importance of an active lifestyle and
motivate everyone to challenge themselves in class. Our fitness program will help students with cardiovascular endurance,
muscle strength and endurance, and flexibility.
ATA's self-defense for teens and adults focuses on simple, yet practical techniques used to defend yourself. Beginning with
awareness, our program teaches students the importance of recognizing danger and getting away. We also teach escapes
from grabs, ground defense, and stopping violent attacks.
